4 day old 2021 FR3 awning wont work

Bought a brand new FR3 4 days ago and today the Solara awning refuses to budge. It's stuck on the closed position which is good I suppose. We opened it day 1 once then closed it again...now this. Manually opened it 12" and tried to retract it, nothing. No click or any motor noise at all.
Any suggestions before I call the dealer tomorrow?

Make sure your batteries are charged. And also if you have a battery disconnect switch make sure your batteries aren't disconnected.

The awning should be inline fused directly off a coach battery. Battery disconnect has no affect.

On the 2019 mbs the engine had to be running with ebrake on to operate awning.

I just blew mine too!! Thankfully, my awning was in...any idea what is blowing our fuzes??
