Arctic wolf 305ml6 awning

purchased the RV last June, Ive taken it on 5 trips and the awning has broke on 2 out of the 5. The first time the screws pulled out of the trailer on the back end of the RV. Took it in to get it repaired in Dec and got a run around that I left it open in very high winds. After a lot of talking and them keeping it for 45 days I got it fixed under warranty. Then I got a recall on the awning, I called the dealer and they said that I didn't have to bring it in because they fixed it the first time. So I took it out with out any problems but I was very cautious with the awning. This week I took it out and the spot they gave me was very protected from the wind along with being in the city protected by houses with a tall fence behind me and very large trees. I figured it would be fine to leave it open while we went out for a while. While we were out and about a 3 miles away we got a small amount of rain. I got back I didn't look closely but everything looked good. the next day we got ready to leave and I started pulling in the awning. After bring it in about 3/4 of the way I heard some noise coming from the rear bracket I walked back there and it looked like someone had pulled the small brackets out to the side and the screw were coming out of the wall. This is a Scissor type awning my others had long arms with a shock absorbor
Is there better quality awning then the factory that they can put on there? This is my 3rd Rv and I didn't have any trouble with the first 2 but this one!!!! So far in 1 year ive had the awning problem, Trim work falling off, Toilet broke, Shower rollers broke, electrical plugs not working, usb plugs not working, and a smell every once in awhile.
any answers to this or did I buy a lemon???
