Awning arm Loose

Hello,
I have a Dometic 9100. I replaced the fabric last year. Ever since then the right arm has never fully closed at the bottom (motor side). The awning extends and retracts with no issue and the awning is tight at the top, but at the bottom not so much.
I did my best to make sure I put everything back together right-- I have no damage to the hardware.

I am wondering if I may have made the spring tighter when i reinstalled-just not sure--
