Awning arm rail separating from body

Hi. Have a 2014 roo/shamrock 233s with an electric awning.

Noticed that my rearward awning side arm rail is pulling away from body. Looks like the two rivets pulled through. (See terrible picture)

I'm not entirely sure of a good way to do this was tempted to attempt to cut out the rivets and use a large toggle bolt, but that seems extreme.

Any suggestions? I can wait to fix, but I'm concerned with water getting into that hole when it rains.

If that is a rivet I'd try to get them out and maybe replace them with a Molly Bolt (Hollow Wall Anchor) of the proper length.

I had a similar thought... but I am concerned that the holes in the fiberglass are maybe too ragged now to support the molly. I am half inclined to put sealant in the old holes, knock the rivets back in, and add two more rivets either above and/or before the ruined ones.
