awning edge issues
I have a 2021 Shasta 31OK. One side of the awning edge is coming apart in two pieces at the 12" piece that hangs down and up one of the edges side. Has anyone used awning tape to seal it shut, any other recommendation to fix, or is it time for a new one, because I don't think the extended warranty covers it?

go to shadepro.com give them the length of awning and brand and order new fabric .for a 12' awning should only be about $150 . they have better material and replacement is not to hard .

Gorilla tape either the original or the new clear tape... maybe it will get gummy in hot sun though...

Wow! That's in bad shape for a 2021.
Had you ever cleaned and/or used protectant on it?
If so and it deteriorated like that, I'd be contacting the manufacturer.

I clean it with the awning cleaner a couple of times a year. I could not get it all the way cleaned though. I believe I kept it rolled up the incorrect direction as it is reversible.
