Awning Fabric Replacement

Hi all
I just bought a mint 2006 Rockwood Roo 19 and we are very excited. The only problem that we have found is that the awning fabric is falling appart.
Im going to replace it in the spring but does the fabric have to come from Rockwood or could I order it from ebay, amazon etc?
Thanks and happy camping

Don't know about Amazon, but you would order it from Dometic directly you do not need to go through a dealer, the stealer is just going to tack more money on it, unless your having them replace it. Easy to do with 2 people....

I really don't know how they attach to the channel mounted on the outside wall and how you slide it thru the roller. Things you should check, not all will work with your unit. Only company's that I know off that will work for sure are Dometic and Carefree. Those are the standards on 98% of all trailers. Good luck....

Also, you need to make sure the size of it stretched out. Saying that when the frame opens it , it ends up tight, Dometic and Carefree are made to that size, so you need to measure from the camper wall to a fully extended awning , if there's is longer or shorter you will have a problem down the line with your awning hardware.

Just Dometic, Google them, on your roller there should be a sticker with the part # they can cross reference and get you the right awning, they are all different sizes. Probably and I'm guessing between 150 and 250 depending on size, I had to order new toppers 1 time and just called Dometic C/S
