Awning Issue

Hello,
I occasionally need help with my travel trailer (2019 Forest River Cruise Lite Salem 282QBXL) and thought it would be best to join a forum where people could assist me with problems I run into. My current problem is finding the right parts. So a friend tried to retract my awning and said the gas strut is completely stuck and bent a piece of metal. So I'd like to order a new strut and metal piece. Where do I go to order so I can just fix myself? Here's a pic of the pieces I need.

Hard to tell from the pic if the awning is a Dometic or Lippert. Typically, Dometic awnings have part number tags on the channel pieces and there should be a tag on the awning fabric with a model number and part number configuration. If Dometic contact them. If it's a Lippert model contact etrailer.com as they deal with the Lippert brand.

Here's your awning:

From what I see, both left and right hardware kits are only available as assemblies. You might try contacting Dometic for more info here:

Which ever one it is I found a post from back in 2013 that I could not reply to by pcmdnh. And the strut I was needing is listed from Dometic as no longer going to be made. 3108392.139

I did find some after looking high and low and the sku is 2110
