Awning lights out

We have a 2017 forest river wildwood 263bhxl that we have only had for a month and have use about 3 times and the led lights under the awning are not working. The first 2 times we used the trailer they worked great. Now this the problem. They would at first flash when we flipped the switch and used the remote to turn them on, but now nothing. We tried to check the connection and when we slightly touched the wire about 10 lights car on and will now not turn off. Any suggestion or should I just call the dealer.

Same thing on my salem hemisphere. When I squeeze the strip where wires go in they come on. Must be bad strip, I'll be calling dealer in am.
