Awning Repair

While washing my roof I noticed small cracks in my awning along the mount seam ( about 1 to 2inches long). Has anyone found a suitable patch repair. Looking for advise other than a new awning.
Thanks in advance. cphubert

Best I found was to put Duct tape over it on both sides. It would slow it down but you're probably looking at a new Awning at some point.

Get duct tape to match for now.. hardware stores have a million colors of it anymore.

Maybe someone else will have a better idea than I have.

We went through 2 of these on our Pop-up in 10 years (avg was 5 yrs each). We kept our camper inside most of the time too.. they just don't last.
