Awning rope coming out

Our awning rope is slowly extracting itself from the track. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Take the pressure off your awing and with help hold the fabric and try and pull the cord back to the original position. Once in position use a small zip screw (1/4 head 1/2 in long) and fasten it through the cord and into the metal of the awning at both ends.
