Angry Awning track coming of trailer

I have a Forest River Heritage 337RL 5th wheel. My brother has the exact unit. We both have a problem with the actual awning track pulling away from the exterior wall. Looks like they are installed with silicone and screws. Has anyone had this happen to them and if so were you able to fix it? Forrest River is no help since the unit is out of warranty. By the way, it has never been opened on any even remotely windy days. Unit is a 2016

Yes, my brand new f r Sabre awning screws pulled out. No wind. Just opened it in driveway.
Still under warranty. But did not want to give up camper for repairs. Don't trust dealer.
Fixed it myself, larger and more lag screws and liquid nails. 1hour.
Cheaply built . Should have bought K Z .

You should have called FR and let them know, they have a modified install for this issue. They probably would have authorized an independent RV tech to do the modification under warranty. Hope it stays together because FR may not authorize a warranty repair if it fails again.
