Bathroom Access with Slide In

We have a Wildcat Maxx 26BHS. When the slide out is pulled in, it is impossible to get into the bathroom. (We can move the slide out about 1 1/2 feet and access it.) Have any of you replaced the solid door that opens out with an accordian/pleated door? How did it work out for you?

I haven't done it in the RV, but if it allows you to access the bathroom, then I'd certainly be doing it. You never know when you may need to stop and utilize the facilities in a hurry.

I think I'd just remove the door and put it into storage and then use a shower curtain. Much quicker and easier to install than an accordion door and will offer pretty much the same privacy. Very quick and easy to go back to the standard door if necessary as well- for example if you sell or trade later on.
