Bedroom sliding door off track

I'm a newbie to the forum. I searched for a thread that talked about my issue but I couldn't find anything.

I'm having issues with the sliding door on to our bedroom. We have a 2005 Wildwood LE. Is the white plastic piece supposed to go back on the screw in the track? It seems like something is missing but I'm not sure. The other one is fine but I can't understand how it's on there.

Thanks in advance!

Howdy! Sorry I missed this. I did a video on how to adjust the sliding door in my unit as it was hung crooked. It involve a bunch of fiddling with the track. Maybe it could help. Good luck.

Thanks 2Evil!

I didn't understand how that went back together but your video helped me understand how it works. I was able to fix it with out taking the track down.

Thanks again!

I too have a issue with the track to my sliding door for my bathroom [emoji30] we have Rockwood ultra light 2606 Ws. Ok the darn weight of the door when it’s latched for travel puts a lot of stress on what appears to be one screw holding more than half the weight of the door needless to say I am close to a year out of factory warranty and it’s a 2018 model it’s at the dealer now for repairs just wondering if any fellow owners of a Rockwood has had something similar happen to their sliding doors? I love my unit nothing bad to say about it just odd [emoji848] Thanks for reading.

I dont have 22 minutes to watch 2Evil's video : ), but I'd bet your answer is there. For me, I had to really get in there to snap the lock around the pin, otherwise, it would fall apart on the next trip.

Thanks the doors fine it’s the track itself and the wood framework that’s came loose from the ceiling or roof Click image for larger version
