Cabinet Dovetails Breaking

2020 e-pro not 6 months old and now 2 separate doors have just complete broken at the the dovetail joints. Researching Hoffmann sells about 1000 for $60 and i hope at the rate mine are breaking i dont need the whole bag. Any other better dovetails out there or better solutions? One is a cabinet drawer and other is a slide out but basically made the same. Thanks

Pocket hole kit and glue. It won’t break again.

You should still be under warranty. I would insist on door replacement. But if you repair yourself a pocket hole jig as suggested above or perhaps a plate joiner (biscuits) might work.

Same type of thing happened to us. Overhead cabinet doors at both ends fell apart after about the 3rd trip. Dealer replaced them under warranty, but the new ones fell apart after leaving dealer to storage to home (25-30 miles total).

First two pics are the originals and the 2nd two are the replacements. (Sorry about the last one not being orientated correctly.) Not glued just stapled together.

If it was me, I'd use pocket screws to get it back together. Those are miter joints and are one of, if not the most, weak joints available to a cabinet maker. Attempting to reglue will most likely fail unless the old glue is removed.
