Carefree Awning won't retract

Hello I have 2019 Cherokee 264dbh. When trying to retract the Carefree awning nothing happens. Don't even hear the motor doing anything. I've reset everything pulled fuse etc. Is there a manual override? Any tips?

I have a care free on my artic wolf. If you remove the plastic cover over the motors I believe there is a place to use a drill and run each side in a bit at a time.

Yea and look up the replacement part in the forum. It's a car window motor.

Thanks for the responses. A local dealership has a mobile repair truck. They are coming by tomorrow.

Mine had trouble and I blew the motor trying to make it work. The problem may be the switch, as it was with mine. They can be taken apart - search for the forum item that mentions how to do that. I also found the place where the wires from inside joined the wires from outside was poor so I replaced those joiners. Mine seems to be working well but I also bought a replacement switch of a different make to keep on hand.

Issue resolved, local service guy said the wires had come loose to the motor. He hooked it up tightened everything and the awning is working fine.
