CareFree Travel'r adjustable pitch awning

Within the last month I purchased my first camper. I was told by the dealer the awning had a self dumping feature. Short story is it doesn't. I have to set the pitch so it doesn't collect rain. Unfortunately I didn't know this until my on arm bent from the weight of the water. Any suggestions on where to purchase a new arm for the awning? Are there places that sell just the arm since the motor was not affected? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Thanks for the response. I contacted Carefree and you are correct. It ain't cheap. I was hoping someone knew of a more economical supplier.
