Domestic awning won't retract

Our 2014 Sandpiper 5th wheel is 15 months old. Last November we had to have the awning motor replaced because it wouldn't move the awning. Last week the same thing happened. We were leaving the campground and had to get help to manually roll the awning up so we could travel. Has anyone else had this problem? We are now in an area where there are no mobile RV repair services.

Some questions. Is your awning a Dometic product? If so did you contact them? he reason I ask this is Dometic had a recall on their awning motors in 2013 for the 2014 model years like the the ones installed on the Sandpipers. Mine failed and Dometic stepped up and sent a new motor, heavier than the original, and paid the rv techs to come to the park and replace it.

It is Dometic and was replaced once. My husband will give them a call. Thanks.
