Dometic Awning

I've got to replace my Dometic awning, hardware (left and right posts), awning tube and the awning material. Everything!

The only thing left on the camper is the left and right lower wall bracket and shreads of awning material still stuck in the sleeve up top where you slide the material into.

Anyone have a good website that sells the Dometic stuff at a great price? I've called a couple local dealers and it appears they want retail plus 25%. Ya know what I mean.

When you say "arms" you're referring to the vertical support posts in each end. Right?

So far I'm looking @$900 for the hardware and tube/awning. I was hoping for @$550-600. I'm going to try a couple more web sites then place the order.

I think 900 is a steal sorry.
Awning fabric alone depending on quality is 4 to 600.00 for 17 footer!

I think so too. I called RVWholesalers and they quoted $640 for everything - same parts from Dometic. There must be a huge markup on this type of stuff.

While I was replacing the material, I would seriously consider installing the MegaX57 reinforcement in the tube. It's a $150 additional cost, but sure takes the bow out of a tube.
The site is up and they are still selling them. The X comes in 8' lengths.
