Dometic awning 8952002-400B

Need some help figuring out Dometic Mfg Numbers.

My awning does not work, all it does is click. I know about the recall and I will contact them tomorrow but my S/N and Mfg date are just prior to the recall. they say the recall starts with awnings manufactured from February 13, 2013 but my manufacture date is February 7, 2013.

when looking for another motor I see a lot of different Manufacture numbers for the 9100. my manufacture number is 8952002-400B.

What other numbers will fit?

Finally got it opened up and found that the S/N on the arm is not the S/N of the motor assembly.

With the correct S/N I checked with Dometic and found it was on the recall list.

Thirty minutes after I finished give Dometic the info they had called my service guy and they are sending the parts to do the recall.
