Dometic Manual Awning - Handles won't lock

Hey folks. Real quick before I go to bed. I just assumed it worked at the dealer, and at my house, there is a tree that prevents me from using the awning. So, I moved the camper, and went to try the awning, to check out my beautiful lights, and what is when I found out my handles won't lock when you extend the awning. I looked, and I can't find a way to replace the handles. Any ideas??

Is the awning a Sunchaser II? Are you talking about the spring-loaded pins that extend into the holes on the awning arm or the handles themselves snapping into the locked position (6 o'clock)?

Sunchaser II and the spring loaded pins don't seem to be engaging into the holes.

I sprayed the spring loaded pins with lubricant and occasionally still I have to tap on the handle pivot to get them to fully extend.
