Door knob sizes

My husband and I just bought a new trailer & we'd like to change the bathroom door knobs to ones with privacy locks.

Does anybody know if the sizes in an RV are all standard or do they vary?
I've looked everywhere online and don't see anything in the owner's manuals.

I have a Hemisphere 356QBQ.

found I could buy some from home depot but just used the new knobs with the old latch parts it worked fine.
