Door not closing
We were at our seasonal campsite for the first time, and after leveling our travel trailer, we practically had to slam the door to get it to shut. Anybody have any suggestions? It's a 2023 forest river vibe 21bh. Thank you!

Does your unit have the newer stairs that fold down (sure step stairs)? If so, do the legs need adjusted to be shorter? They can block the door from closing if not folding down all the way.

agree steps may be the issue
the steps should be hanging in the air as you level the unit
once level drop the feet to contact with the ground
If you put the stairs all the way down before leveling you can put a LOT of strain on the stairs, flooring and door frame
as you jack up the FRONT of the trailer the back end has to go down...

If you used the "stabilizers" to level then you could have put unwanted stress, twist and flex on the frame.
Stabilizers are for just that... stabilizing the unit AFTER leveling.
How did you level?
Leveling should be done with boards, blocks, ramps or whatever means one feels necessary by placing them under the wheels/tires. And then, most seasonal sites use wood block piers, cement blocks, etc. under the frame to keep it level.

I have a 2024 Roo 233S and have the same problem (Lippert door with fold down steps). The steps are not rubbing, and I have the same problem even when the stairs are in the folded position.
For me is seems that the door seal needs to be very compressed in order for the latch to catch. I've debated trying to adjust the door latch plate to loosen it some, but don't want to end up with a door that latches but doesn't seal. My hope has been that it will naturally loosen up over time, but it hasn't happened yet.
Following in case others have a solution.

Same issue on my '24 Heritage Glen 27RKHL, the door is REALLY difficult to close. The latch is aligned and steps are not interfering. After researching it seems the Lippert door has an intentional "bow" in the frame around the latch area so that when you shut the door at the latch it seals well. You can confirm this by putting a straight edge along the door frame and you'll see a gap around the middle of the door. This "bow" can be adjusted (camber adjustment they call it) with a Lippert camber adjustment tool. My issue is I have a full glass door and doing a frame adjustment is not recommended.

Check for a plastic block glued to the bottom of the door frame that was used to hold the door in place in shipping. My r-pod had one left in place which made to door hard to close. Removed it and all was well. See photos in these two posts:

Another thing to check, is make sure all the hinge screws are tight. Had a similar problem found all the hinge screws were a little lose. Tightened them up and now it shuts perfectly.

On our previous trailer ('22 Rockwood GeoPro) we found that adjusting the front to back leveling on the trailer eliminated this issue. It was a pain in the... until we discovered this fix. The adjustment needed was minuscule. Check for this before lowering stabilizers.

Agree. I had this issue and if the striker plate gets loose it will also cause this issue
The deadbolt pins can also get loose causing the same issue
I used Locktite Blue on the screws and that fixed the problem
