I have recently purchased a 2021 Forest river Cottage, it has the dual pane window in the unit, has anyone had an issue with water just flowing in past them in a rain shower. seems there is no place for the water to escape too.
who do i need to get IN contact with at cedar creek to have this problem resolved. please see attached pics.
this is happening on 5 of the windows.
Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. the first step is to check the outside of the window and ensure it was properly calked and that the weep holes are clean, then the dealer you bought the rig from and have them correct the situation.

Dealer first then FR. Installer must have been absent
from training on caulking day. That's a serious issue that needs immediate attention as you have no idea how many rainy days the rig sat through before you bought it. If several, it's possible the wall panels are already soaked.
