In June of this year my 2018 silverback 35Ik was broken into. The entry door and frame must be replaced. The rv repair man has told me he repeatedly reached out to Forest River but has not been able to get a shipping date or the cost of a new door. Can anyone help me with a name and phone number at Forest River or Cedar Creek that might help me. I do not want to take the rv to a repair shop because it is set up permanently in an rv park. Th insurance company has sent me a check but I do not want to cash the check until I know what the repairs will cost.

The best thing to do is contact the door mfg. yourself and see if they'll help you out. they may be willing to work with the repair facility to get a new door. Since it's not warranty, they don't have to deal with Forest River.
