Flagstaff A frame window replacement

So last year my neighbors tree decided to drop a limb through one of my windows, had a local dealer replace it ( horrible job ) and now it’s leaking along with The other small window. So after the bad experience with them I would like to do the repairs. The window they used is fastened with screws and globs sealant and the factory has no screws. I’m curious about what others have used to replace their windows .I have found the Icon windows that have screw holes and then companies like EzTops who sell what looks more like the factory window although their measurements are not quite the same. Any advice would be appreciated !!
