FR3 34DS Solera Awning Fuse

I believe my fuse is blown for my Solera Awning. It will not retract. I can't locate the fuse. Anyone know its location?

There’s some, I repeat, some similarities amongst FR3 and Georgetown motorhomes. On my Georgetown, the awning fuse was an in-line fuse wired directly off the battery in close proximity under the entry steps. Have you looked there?

If not…..have you looked inside the Battery Control Center?

Yes, I checked all of the inline fuses from the battery control compartment

Any rogue in-line fuses wired directly off the house battery?

This has been the standard for most FR3 posts. Maybe it's not a blown fuse issue.

No, I’ve looked all in that compartment and checked all that I found. At least my Motorhome is in my driveway, so I’m not stranded somewhere. Maybe after a good nights sleep I’ll tackle it in the morning.

Update: Found the Awning Fuse holder in the battery control center cabinet, thanks to Bubbles post above.
Replaced blown fuse but still not operating. I checked the switch and found it was bad and replaced it. Voltage is going to the awning motor but it’s not responding. Likely the motor is bad as well. I’ll look into replacing it in the spring. I’ve retracted the awning manually with a drill motor. Thanks for everyone’s replies.

Here is a great video on how to diagnose and replace the motor.

Had a nice warm day so I checked wiring connection at the motor, it was good 12v. I used a 12v battery and applied voltage directly to the motor leads and the motor worked. Checked all wiring tracts in the awning arms and it was without any problems. I put it all back together and it works perfectly now. The rocker switch was bad which I replaced. Unknown why it didn’t work after the switch replacement. Tip: Always have a drill motor and 7/16” socket to manually roll the awing up if the motor fails.

That’s true about your tip, but only for Solera awnings.
