Geo Pro 19FBS broken shade

The piece that runs along the bottom of the shade has come away from the main part of the shade. As you can see we have secured it with tape for the time being. We cannot tell how the shade was inserted into the piece at the bottom as there are staples on the shade, but where did the staples go. There is nothing to hold the shade into the bottom of the tube like piece that runs along the bottom. Any ideas or tips?
Thanks you.

We have had two of our shade handles detach. Kitchen table and side bed window. Get Pro 19FD (2019). Have to have them replaced under factory warranty. Dealer is unable to fix them due to the fact there seems to be no way to do so. Same staples. We also have temporarily taped them until factory replacements come in.

Broken shade

We removed the 2 shades from bedroom area and 1 from living area and replaced with curtains. When we had the windows open, especially at night, the shades banged against the wall/window with the breeze and kept us awake so we were glad to get rid of them. The three curtains cost us $13.00 in total (I used one panel for all three) and less than $10.00 for the rods. We used the existing valances to cover the rods.
