My awning power is fading away :(

Hi everyone
We have a 2014 Flagstaff Shamrock hybrid. The awning keeps coming back in slower and slower each time we use it. Could it be the motor? Its acting like its not getting enough juice or something.
Any ideas.. It actually goes out faster than it retracts.

Ours is doing somewhat the same thing. Talked to my dealer and he said there is a recall on the motor. Not sure what motors I have (in storage) but its a Avenger 33 RSD.

One possible fix is to look and make sure the fabric isn't binding up or trying to roll to one side(wrinkles or edge is not straight when rolled up). This will cause the motor to slow as it puts stress on the arms.
