Need to move the awning...

It appears my awning has moved on the roller. I have read other post about this causing the awning to roll up incorrectly and either wrinkle or bunch up. Does anyone have any ideas of how to move the awning material back to the center of the roller? If I can get it back to center, I plan to rivet it so that it won't happen again. I noticed today that my arms will not fully close at the top. I need to get this rectified before it becomes worse. Thanks.
