One awning support doesn't close all the way

I have an electric awning and when I close it, one supports closes snuggly again the camper, but the other doesn't. it's about 3/4 of an inch away from the camper. Is there a way to adjust this?

Thanks in advance for suggestions!

Try opening awning and check to see if the roller is lined up properly with the attached part on camper. Sometimes fabric has to be adjusted or slid in the track on outer edge. Its a common problem.
After adjusting mine to center, I put a rivet through fabric at tube part to keep it from sliding

On mine I have been bringing it in to about 18 inches at the top. I then push the rear arm up against the rig to get it aligned and release it (gently). Then finish bringing it it. May have to repeat but it snugs up nicely with this procedure.
