Outside jenson radio and awning issues

Good morning. We have a 2019 forest river Georgetown xl. The awning is not working. We went to retract it over the weekend because of wind. Had to tie it down so it wouldn’t break. We had a problem with it when we bought it and the fixed it at Lazy days. Was wondering if anyone knows where the fuse is for the awning???
Also the radio last week would not turn on...even though the night before it worked fine. Checked the fuses at the battery compartment and they looked good.

Any suggestions on either of these issues?

We have awning issues also. The gear in the motor broke in half. Mobile repair guy took it apart and now can't get a hold of the manufacturer. Zip tied together for the trip home and a local dealer said it could be 5 or 6 months to get it fixed on warranty! That is the way Forest River works!

A lot of Georgetown owners have discussed finding a few accessories being powered directly from the positive post of either of the house batteries. Specifically the steps, awning, LP detector. Others have found one or another ARE wired from inside the BCC control box under those same steps.

You have to spend some time identifying which wire feeds what and put your own label on it.

As far as your radio.....some have them, some, like myself do not, so did it stop working when the awning stopped working?
