Ramp Door rotting

I have a wildwood xlite and the ramp door seems to be rotting inside the ramp. Does anyone know how to take it apart and replace the filling material???
Thanks Bill

I've never done it and don't even know if it's possible. I've thinking if it's a laminated trailer, it's going to be nearly impossible to get the type of vacuum bond they do at a factory. If it's a siding trailer, maybe?

I would also investigate just buying a replacement door, already constructed. Seems like it might be the safer bet to let the professionals handle it rather than try something no one is properly equipped for. Just my 2 cents.
