Removal of Power Awning

Hi there everyone...

We are owners of a 2020 353FLFB and we’re looking to remove the power awning that came with it in order that our hardtop awning /!sunroom can be “attached”...

How difficult is it to remove the awning? What things do I need to be aware of during the removal process?

Any help / advice would be greatly appreciated.

Search YouTube for video walkthroughs on removal. Not hard to do. Interested in what type of hardtop awning your attaching? Is this for a RV that is going to remain stationary and your mounting a more permanent awning to it?

In terms of the type of hardtop awning, we have a hardtop / sunroom from our old trailer - we are “residents” of a resort and we have it “installed” on a permanent basis. I’ve attached a couple of pics (not sure why they’re rotated though) of the “tear down” of most of the awning - the sunroom is still intact though.
