Replace awning fabric or not

Howdy! Don't post much but read often. Need help in trying to figure out whether to replace the awning fabric on an A&E 9100 power awning or would it be wiser to replace with a good old fashioned manual awning? We have a 2008 Flagstaff Classic Super Lite 831RLSS travel trailer. Don't know if this has been discussed but any ideas would be appreciated.

I'm in the same situation. There are some good youtube videos on replacing it yourself with a couple of helpers. I can get the fabric for a couple of hundred. I don't have a clue what it would take to have it done.

If I had the choice again I would not have the power awning. But yes a couple of people can change it not to hard of a job.
