Replacement Storage Locks

Hi there..

I'm looking to replace all of the storage locks on our 5th wheel Shockwave trailer. It came with the basic locks that have a thin rubber washer under it that doesn't last long at all since the door is somewhat soft. I've seen other rigs that the washer is a thin flat washer of some kind that is must sturdier than the rubber pieces.

Anyone any recommendations for a better lock? I know it won't keep everyone out, but it may be slightly better than the common locks they install at the factory and actually allow me to tighten them down so they don't move around much.
