Rubber Seal Lifting Out

I've got a 2016 2306 Rockwood Mini-Lite and doing my start of the season cleaning, I came across this on the front window.

Anyone else encounter this and what was the outcome? I don't see a problem as it's still under the first year warranty and I've got the second factory one as well.

Luckily I have the flip up/down hard cover that will protect this from the rain.

Unluckily, I have the TT 300 miles from the my dealership and am not planning to be bringing it back local until mid-October.

I had that seal replaced on my rig while it was still under warranty I think it sort of a common thing.
