Rubber window trim

The rubber trim around the windows in a slide is getting pulled out every time I extend and retract the slide. It looks like the trim holds the glass in place. I think the gasket around the slide is the problem (too tight). Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Is the slide box centered in the hole? The slide box might need adjusted.

Slide centering

Thanks for the suggestion.
I've never measured it, but will.
Nothing new seems to have happened (in terms of sliding), but maybe there is some slop.

The problem is the friction between those two pieces of rubber.

I had that problem and the solution is to install the trim and then to lubricate it and the slide seal. I use 303 Protectant once in a while and haven't had the problem since. Slide seal lubricant would also work.
