Our keyless entry was working flawless then Nothing! Changed all batteries still No Go! I then called RVLock customer service and pled my case,the First thing the girl ask was the Little Black "On/Of" switch turned ON? Bingo Have no idea how it got turned off! Super customer Service! Youroo!!

Youroo... does the little black one-off switch actually remove battery power or disconnect the rf signal? I was all hyped about my RV-Lock but every time I wanted to use it the batteries were dead. I don’t use the remote or fob anymore because I got tired of changing batteries. Maybe I don’t know how to turn it off when not in use
I leave mine on permanently and the batteries lasted about a year before I had to change them. It started beeping at me loudly when the batts were dying.

Just call thier CS line and ask,because the batteries should last months with regular use! Youroo!!
