Shades for Window Issue

I have a sting which broke in a shade for the window. I got online and watched a video on how to repair. Unfortunately, whoever, at Forest River, attached the shade to the inside ran 3 screws (only two needed)into the top of the shade and none of them hit the original threaded hole provided on the shade (one even broke the plastic rail on top.) Also, those easy to get off end pieces will not budge. It is a 2010 Flagstaff and we are the original owners. Who do I call for assistance on this? Can you buy the whole blind if not able to repair this mess? Help please.....

These will show you how to re-string them.

Thanks! I got that part figured out from a You Tube Video. Unfortunately, I can't get the ends off of the rails to run the string. The bottom rail just slides but the other two will not budge or the ends pop off.
