Shrinking Window Seals

My 2017 trailer noted below has very common windows which means my problem is likely also very common. Several windows are showing seal separation as seen in the attached images. I’ve found a lot of window information in this forum and online but it is difficult to determine my course of action. A few questions that the forum can possibly help with-

Can these seals be repaired without them being removed?
Can the seals be replaced without removing the window?
If I don’t act immediately will rain enter the camper?
Any other thoughts about this problem?

I religiously lubricate my rubber slide seals with Thetford Protect All but now I see that I should have been doing my window seals as well. Thanks for your help.

The shrinking seal happen allot. I think what I would do is purchase a length of seal cut it to fit that space and secure the seam with black RTV. That is the easiest fix I can think of and yes leaving it open would allow water and bugs to get in there.

You can remove/replace the vertical seals easily. This video shows how.

We bought window seal for a previous Jayco through the Jayco dealer.
