Sliding window

My sliding window above the kitchen sink is stuck, it won't open without great force, can't seem to find anything that could be obstructing it

Is that an Anderson or Mayfair window? Is it double hung or single hung? Just kidding!

Which RV is it in?
Can you post a picture of the window?

Have you tried spraying a little silicone spray in the side channels? That may help.

Mine do the same thing. In fact, my wife and kids would have a hard time popping open the emergancy exit window if needed.

I'll try the silicone spray. That just might be what it needs.

thanks

I regularly use spray silicon on all my window channels to keep them in shape. Also, use some q-tips to clean out the channels so dust and dirt do not accumulate and spray afterwards.
