Sliding Window Removal?

I have a 2019 Wildwood X-Lite T197SS.
It has two sliding windows, one on each side.
I tried to remove them the way you do a house window, move window to center and lift upward and pull bottom out. No luck.
Is there a trick to removing travel trailer windows?
Thanks.

You may have to remove the inside frame also look and see if there is a plastic filler piece in the bottom track that can be removed to allow the window to come out. JMHO
