Small awning window wonít close all the way

We have a new 2019 Salem Hemisphere. It has three small awning windows at the bottom of the windows. One of the awning windows at the bottom of our large picture window does not close all the way. We had the trailer delivered to our Seasonal campsite as it is too large for us to pull. Is there a fix? We also have a gap above the screen door. The trailer is perfectly level.

Can you post a picture of the window from several different angles?

And of the screen door?

Does the window appear to be binding along the frame or is it that the crank just stops short of closing it all the way?

I can’t figure out how to upload a photo from an iphone. Anyhow-the gap in the bottom of the window is not the whole length it is towards the right corner. The gap in the screen door is along the top.

Have one person go outside and gently push the window in while the other turns the knob to bring it in. These are always a little sticky when new.

As for the screen door I don't know.

Sometimes these awning window will bind up because some small thing such as a screw is making contact with the frame. Bring the window in to the point is it starting to bind. Have someone very slowly crank the window in and out while the other person is outside looking from the opposite side. If it is binding on something, the window and frame will start to distort. You may have to file off what is causing the binding. It may also be that the frame is slightly out of square. Also, have you put a little pressure on the crank to see if the window will completely close. These windows will come up just before fully seating. lubricating the hinges may help if nothing is binding. I have had considerable experience with these as our first campers each had awning windows and a home we recently sold had them as-well.
