Solera awning help

I have a Roo 233s with a Solera power awning. When extending the awning, one side lags and the piston does not seem to push the awning out and keep it out. Likewise when putting in. Any ideas or simple fixes? Thanks!

It’s possible the pitch arm on the lagging side may be too tight. Loosen it about 3 degrees or so of turn. A minimal amount of PTFE lubricant on other moving part joints might also help.
