Solera Awning Inner Arm broken - How to disassemble and reassemble?

Ok I goofed. I put the dogs ball thrower in the the elbow of the pitch arm so it could dry and be out of the way. My hubby pulled the awning in from the inside of the trailer. Needless to say, he didn't know the ball thrower was still there and it bent midway on the piece called the inner arm.

Here's where it's broken.

And here

So a few things we'd like to know.
1. Where do you find the Solera model/type? On the label on the arms it doesn't show this info. Neither does the owner manual stuff.
2. How do you disassemble the assembly? We'd like to straighten the c channel and put it back together.
3. How do you reassemble or put it back together? Any videos for this would be appreciated. Is this awning one that you have to be careful of releasing tension etc.?
Thanks Lynn

First your photos did not come through.
As to the model number, if you don't have the build sheet contact the customer service rep for the division that make the RV with your vin number and they can sent that info to you.
As to removal check you tube, lots of videos on it you would not expect.
Hope this helps.

Looked at the pictures in the album. It’s a Solera Universal Awning. Comes in many widths but the affected area on yours is standard on all of them.

Your best bet is to support the awning and remove the bent piece...take it to any machine shop and they can either straighten it or build a new one. That’ll be cheaper than getting new parts. But, you can also call eTrailer since they can get the parts.

Can’t see if there is any damage to the “folding” height adjustment arm. Compare it to the one on the other side and verify it’s in exactly the same condition.

At some point during every day you suddenly realize nothing else productive is going to happen the rest of that day. For me, it usually occurs around 9 am.
