Touch up paint?

On our maiden voyage in our new Rockwood Mini Lite 2104s two problems developed, one of which was the edge of the bathroom door getting scratched up because the factory did not counter sink the screws for the striker plate. It's fixed now but the scratches remain.


I tried to find a wood coloring stick to repair it but could not find a match. Is there such a thing as touch up paint for these rigs and, if so, where would I find it?
