Window latch bars broken?

i have a 2010 3100ss. recently, i went to open the 2 small windows on either side of the door. the ones that slide up and latch at the top. strangely enough, the metal bars that have the latchs both pulled off the top of the glass along with the rubber insulation strips. have tried to reglue them with crazy glue and gorilla glue but neither holds onto the glass. any ideas?? thanx

I have this same problem on our dinette window but have not found a fix yet. Husband had to push from the outside while I gently pull to open it up. If not then the metal "handle" pulls off.
