window question

2016 Salem29BHDS

The window in the bunk house slide is leaking. I noticed the wall was a little off so I cut it off at about a foot from the floor. All walls were dry except for the area under the left side of the window. I believe I caught it in time. There is no rot, floor is not bubbled. I plan on coating everything with BIN 123 primer. I checked the outside of the window and everything looks tight. Could not see any missing caulk or rips in it. Should I pull the window or just recaulk the window.

Here is a link that has some pictures.

Thanks,
John
