Thumbs up Windows seeping problem fixed

I took my 2011 Cruise Lite TT in to the dealer for its yearly services plus a wash & wax job. It was noted that my windows were seeping. The service manager contacted FR and got approval to fix the problem even though my TT was out of warranty. The windows were removed and re-inserted but the kitchen window cracked. Oops! The window was replaced but I am waiting for the decal to be applied. When I take it back in they will look at the bedroom window because I couldn't get it open but found the dining room window easier to open.

Thanks to Forest River for standing behind their product and to my service team for taking care of this matter on my behalf. My service team knew I was heading out for a couple of days camping to get away from everything before dad's funeral. My team has always taken excellent care of me from day one.
