Windshield shade

2014 Newmar Baystar sport. Windshield shade goes down but when you try to get it to go back up it moves about a 1/16" and stops.

Turn on ignition, it is supposed go up to driving position automatically.
Try to google MCD for online instructions.

Try MCD shades (in Houston TX)
Powered shades
Dual Sun/Night shades. I have them also.
